Exchanges and Returns
All returns must be made within 10 days of invoice date. Please return all items in the original packaging and in the exact condition as received.
“My Little Pearl” packaging must also be returned. If any item is not received in the exact condition as dispatched a refund or exchange will not be offered. Any damage incurred during transit to “My Little Pearl” is the responsibility of the sender and any damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. “My Little Pearl” will also charge an additional $15 to your credit card to return the items to you.
Refunds will be credited in the same manner as your original form of payment excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). “My Little Pearl” is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
No return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.

Only items purchased from www.mylittlepearl.com will be elegible for refund or exchange. Jewellery purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer directly. We reserve the right to cancel any order at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone using the e-mail address or number/s provided. Monies will be refunded using the original method received. All orders are subject to stock availability.
